Gen 2:15 The Lord God took the man & put him in the garden of Eden to work it & keep it. Col 3:23-24 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord & not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Eccl 9:10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might,… Eph 4:28 Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need. Psalm 90:17 Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, & establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands. — Work & our ability to accomplish it, is truly a blessing & reward from God, especially when we do it unto Him. People affected by economic downturns or can’t find employment or those who have the inability to perform work due to physical limitations, would love to be able to. We must truly learn to find joy in the our work! This will bring a smile to God. & even if you ever find yourself limited, don’t ever give in! Keep striving for the Lord.
