Luke 10:2 (KJV) Therefore said He unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: PRAY ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He would send forth labourers into His harvest. Matt 9:37-38 (KJV) Then saith He unto His disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; PRAY ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His harvest. — A labourer is someone who works with their hands; who is engaged in manual labor. Labor is both physical & sometimes with mental exertion, both difficult & exhausting. In other words, WORK! Our Lord is looking for those that are willing to WORK by PRAYING for HIS HARVEST.
