Luke 2:36-37 (KJV) There was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, & had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity; She was a widow of about fourscore & four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings & prayers night & day. — Now that is true dedication, to never depart from the house of God, while worshiping Him day & night! — Luke 2:38 She (Anna) coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, & spake of him (Jesus) to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem. — Now what an honor, to truly know & be able to recognize the awaited Messiah!
