Romans 6: Exercise the Gifts God Has Given You

Romans 6:”6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” Exercise your gifts that God has given you. Look for the opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear for you. Remember, the man or woman diligently seeking Gods will, will be run over by the one doing it (Bonnke). The Bible teaches salvation is a gift, but heavenly rewards are a result of your efforts. What is it that you were made especially for by God almighty. Psalm 139 says “13 for You formed my inmost being;a You knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and I know this very well. 15 my frame was not hidden from You when I was made in secret, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. 16 your eyes saw my unformed body; all my days were written in Your book and ordained for me before one of them came to be.”
