Psalm 37:7 (ESV) Be still before the Lord & wait patiently for Him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his own way, over the man who carries out evil devices! Psalm 40:1 I waited patiently for the Lord; He inclined to me & heard my cry. Micah 7:7 As for me, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. Lam 3:25 The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. Isaiah 40:31 They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run & not be weary; they shall walk & not faint. — Waiting may be one of the most difficult tasks that we can encounter. But if we can do it in His peace! As the farmer waits for his harvest! Good things take time to grow, we must remain in peace, trusting God to develop the harvest that He promised even when things are difficult or uncertain.
