Luke 1:35 The angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, & the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God. Luke 1:38 Mary said, “Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” & the angel departed from her. —Mary shows us how to trust God even when things interrupt our plans! Have you ever had a Mary moment? When things go topsy turvy are you willing to say “let it be”! This lady was to be a virgin getting married to a man, who is to accept that his bride to be was bearing the child of God! This would be very challenging! But Mary said, “let it be”!
