Matt 13:47-52 (all KJV) Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, & gathered of every kind: Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, & sat down, & gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, & sever the wicked from among the just, shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing & gnashing of teeth. Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord. Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new & old. —The lesson here is “Our place is at the feet of Christ”. — Luke 10:38-42 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: & a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. & she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, & heard his word. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, & came to him, & said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? Bid her therefore that she help me. & Jesus answered & said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful & troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: & Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
