Ephesians 2:10 We Are Created to Do His Works
Eph 2:10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago. Phil 1:6 And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue His work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. — We are His work & for our lifetime He will continue to mold us & make us into that perfect image of His dear Son!! —Isaiah 64:8 Now, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, & You are our potter; we are all the work of Your hand. — In order for Him to mold us & make us, we must be pliable! Building treasures in heaven! Matt 6:19-21 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth & rust destroy, & where thieves break in & steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, & where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.—Investing for all of eternity is the investing that is known as heavenly treasures!! People go to heaven not stuff or money!! That is why building relationships is key to the heart of the matter! What do you love? Is it temporary or does it have eternal value? We can examine the fruits of the spirit & see what is of most important! —Gal5:22-23 The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. — The one that jumps out is being kind to one another!! James 1:12 Remain Steadfast Under Trial
James 1:12 Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love Him. Exod 14:14 The Lord will fight for you, & you have only to be silent. — Remain steadfast & silent are key to being victorious with our God!! Not sure which is the easiest!! Isaiah 53:5 He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, & by His scourging we are healed. Prov 20:30 Stripes that wound scour away evil, & strokes reach the innermost parts. Hebr 12:10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness. 1Peter2:24-25 He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin & live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. — He did it all for us!
