Col 3:14 (ESV) Above all these put on LOVE, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. 1 Cor 13:13 So now faith, hope, & LOVE abide, these three; but the greatest of these is LOVE. 1 Cor 16:14 Let all that you do be done in LOVE. 1 John 4:8 Anyone who does not LOVE does not know God, because God IS LOVE. 1 Peter 4:8 Above all, keep LOVING one another earnestly, since LOVE covers a multitude of sins. 1 John 3:18 Little children, let us not LOVE in word or talk but in deed & in truth.  — LOVE is truly the greatest action we can accomplish on this earth! 1 John 4:16 ESV) So we have come to know & to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, & whoever abides in love abides in God, & God abides in him. 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, & whoever fears has not been perfected in love. — To live a life in fear is to never have truly lived at all!  As stated in  — 2 Tim 1:7 (NKJV) For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, of love & of a sound mind.  —. So how do we overcome fear? —Prov 29:25 (ESV) The fear of man lays a snare,  but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. Phil 4:6 (NIV) Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer & petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. — The key is to honor God in all we do & He will direct our path! 1 Tim6:18-19 (ESV)You are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous & ready to share, thus storing up treasure for yourselves as a good foundation for the future, so that you may take hold of that which is truly life. John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal, kill & destroy. I came that they may have life & have it abundantly. —What are some of the greatest treasures we can have on earth? Peace, joy, laughter, health, kindness, gentleness, & Love. These can all be stolen by doubt, fear, selfishness & despair.  We must remember that the thief comes to steal, kill & destroy but God comes to give life everlasting! We must live our life for good & one day it will go well for us! We must fight the good fight of faith. For the devil prowls around looking for whom he might devour! We must maintain our strong moral compass, & actively choose to do good even when faced with temptation or adversity. — ROM 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Hebr 10:30 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people. — No matter what evil is being done, Leave it to God! He can handle it all. The main thing is to protect the heart fill it with Love! For Love covers a multitude of sins & God is Love! Love Mel

Matt 19:26 (KJV)  Jesus beheld them, & said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God ALL things ARE possible. —This remark serves as a cornerstone for our faith, encouraging all believers to TRUST in God’s power in all circumstances! — Prov 3:5-6 (ESV) Trust in the LORD with all your heart, & do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, & He will make straight your paths. — Why is TRUST such a hard thing to do? Because we have to give up control In order to fully TRUST Him! Vulnerability is a scary place! 

When disappointment, insecurity, uncertainty, fear, failure, loss, rejection, hurt, pain, lack, depression, anxiety, sadness, come in our God is the only one that has the answers! 

What do we do when we’ve done our best & it still doesn’t go the way we expected? Or when we’re faced with a life-altering illness, a cross-country move, or a heart-wrenching separation or divorce? These are all God moments, which are truly meant to bring us at His feet! In this life the Bible tells us that we will have troubles, but  to be of good cheer for our God has overcome this world.  He is the only one that we can TRUST. It is here where we will find the true love that overwhelms it all! Believe in our creator! He will get us thru to the other side! Love Mel

Psalm 37:23-24 (NIV)The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with His hand. Psalm 1:6 For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous… Prov 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, & He will make your paths straight. — God is actively involved in the lives of the righteous leading , guiding & protecting! So what does it mean to be righteous, biblically? In the Bible, righteousness is the act of living in a way that is just, honest, & faithful to God’s will. The Bible describes the righteous person as just or right, holding to God & trusting in Him. The bad news is that  perfect righteousness is not possible for us to attain on our own. We are lost without God! So our willingness to put our trust in Him will lead us every step of this life & the next. Hold tight! Love Mel
