Psalm 104: Bless the Lord Oh My Soul

Psalm 104:1 Bless the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great; You are clothed with splendor & majesty, Psalm 104:2 Covering Yourself with light as with a cloak, stretching out heaven like a tent curtain. Joel 3:16 The Lord roars from Zion & utters His voice from Jerusalem, & the heavens & the earth tremble. But the Lord is a refuge for His people & a stronghold to the sons of Israel. 1 Chronicles 16:31 Let the heavens be glad, & let the earth rejoice; & let them say among the nations, “The Lord reigns.” 2 Corinthians 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, & the LOVE of God, & the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Psalm 95:3 For the Lord is a great God & a great King above all gods. — How GREAT is your God? —Psalm 147:5 How great is our Lord! His power is absolute! His understanding is beyond comprehension! — Believe it! Love Mel

Revelation 19:5-7: The Marriage Supper of The Lamb

Rev 19:5-7 Then a voice came from the throne, saying: “Praise our God, all you who serve Him, & those who fear Him, small & great alike!” & I heard a sound like the roar of a great multitude, like the rushing of many waters, & like a mighty rumbling of thunder, crying out: “Hallelujah! For our Lord God, the Almighty, reigns. Let us rejoice & be glad & give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, & His bride has made herself ready. Rev 19:9 Then the angel told me to write, “Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” & He said to me, “These are the true words of God”. Rev 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door & knock. If any man hear my voice, & open the door, I will come in to him, & will sup with him, & he with Me.” — You know everyone loves a wedding! They are such a beautiful & festive occasion! Well one day there is going to be the greatest wedding that has or ever will be, & we want an invitation to it! The marriage supper of the Lamb is the most glorious celebration of all who are in Christ! This will be like going home for the best supper of a lifetime! To My Father’s House! Hallelujah! Love Mel

Thankfulness – The Key to Breakthrough.

From Bill —Bill Johnson says this was his breakthrough point to move into the miraculous. Rabbi Schneider says this is the first of seven key points for a truly effective Christian walk. Though it sounds simple, it is a key to victory, it helps us avoid mental illness and depression, and helps us walk in strong faith. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 says what hundreds of other verses say: “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks IN (not necessarily for) all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Bill Johnson was thankful whenever anything good happened, but it was not until his precious father died, and he offered thanks and praise anyway, that he received the key to supernatural breakthrough and greater victory. I too have found that upon waking I am often plagued with troubling thoughts. Refusing those thoughts and giving thanks changes your day. When thankfulness overflows, faith grows and peace fills. Even in the darkest of times, we can praise God for his love, his sovereignty, and his promise to be near us when we call (Psalm 145:18). At that point you realize trials develop you to become what He wants you to be. You cannot be defeated. Watch how it transforms you. Refuse to do anything else except to be thankful. Love Mel

Acts 9:1: The Conversion of Saul to Paul

Acts 9:1 Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out threats of murder against the Lord’s disciples. Acts 9:5-6 Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied. Now get up & go into the city, & you will be told what you must do.” Acts 9:15-16 Ananias “Go! This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles & their kings & to the people of Israel. I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.” — Saul’s Damascus Road Experience went from Breathing out threats to Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ! From killing the Lords Disciples to Making the Lords Disciples! This is the same transformation He wants for us, that is to Breath out Life & not Death, & to spread the Gospel! We each need to keep watch over what we say & do! It is so easy to fall into the enemies trap! —Prov 16:17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil; He who watches his way preserves his life. Psalm 19:14 May these words of my mouth & this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, LORD, my Rock & my Redeemer. — Love Mel

Exodus 12:21-23: The Lamb of God Who Takes Away the Sin of the World.

Ex 12:21-23 Then Moses summoned all the elders of Israel & told them, “Go at once & select for yourselves a lamb for each family, & slaughter the Passover lamb. Take a cluster of hyssop, dip it into the blood in the basin, & brush the top & the two sideposts of the doorframe with some of the blood. None of you shall go out the door of his house until morning. When the LORD passes through to strike down the Egyptians, He will see the blood on the top & the two side posts & pass over the door; so He will not allow the destroyer to enter your houses & strike you down. Isaiah 26:20 Go, my people, enter your rooms & shut your doors behind you. Hide yourselves a little while until the wrath has passed. —Passover/Easter—Very Different This Year— A lot like it was in the beginning! They were locked in their home as the death angel passed over! So is true this year, that is everyone is locked in their homes, waiting for the evil virus to pass! This is a virus that steals the breath from its victim! As scary as this is, we are all in this together! As the family of God, there is still one thing that we can do, even if we are not together & that is to pray! Pray that this evil is stopped! Remember God lead them out of Egypt & He will lead us out of this darkness! Trust Him! He cares for us, enough to always be with us & never forsake us! BELIEVE! He is risen! Love Mel
