Mark 8:36 What Shall it Profit a Man if He Gains the Whole World But Loses His Soul!

Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Matt 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? — Just Imagine life as a rope, with the first foot this life & the remaining infinite feet as eternal life. So many focus only on the first foot & ignore the remaining infinite feet. If the things of this world are bricks with hooks, how many hooks would be holding you in this world? Are you weighted down with the desires of the flesh or are you willing to let go of those weights in hope of eternal life?— John 5:24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word & believes Him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. — Now listen, there is not one thing in this world worth trading for the soul! But life in Heaven will be beyond everything you could ever Hope for on this earth! Remember, gold is pavement in Heaven! Love Mel

Hebrews 11: The Faith Hall of Fame – Without Faith it is Impossible to Please God

(Verses from ESV) Faith & Reason — Hebr 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Isaiah 1:18 Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. — We are to never reason in opposition with our faith. Faith comes from hearing the word of God, & our reasoning comes from Gods word. Both are gifts from God, to be used to honor Him. — 1 Peter 3:15 In your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect. Matthew 6:33 Seek First The Kingdom of God and Everything Else Will Be Added to You!

Math 6:33-34 (KJV) Seek ye first the kingdom of God, & His righteousness; & all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Prov 10:3 (Christian Standard Bible) The LORD does not let the righteous go hungry, but He denies the craving of the wicked. Prov 10:4 (ESV)A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. — The thing we seek is important to Him! When we seek Him, He promises to take care of us! What we do does matter to Him, as well! Let’s choose to seek first the kingdom of God, & His righteousness! I promise it will be the best decision we will ever make! Love Mel
