The Word of The Lord

Psalm 88:13 (NIV) I cry to you for help, O LORD; in the morning my prayer comes before you. Psalm 107:19-20 (KJV)Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, & He saveth them out of their distresses. He sent His word, & healed them, & delivered them from their destructions. Psalm 30:2 O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, & thou hast healed me. — Our God has so many promises in His word. His word is living, so open your heart to His words & allow them to do what they are capable of! Be healed, be changed, be forgiven, be saved, be loved, be protected, & it goes on! Just believe. Love Mel
Please pray healing for my brother, Randy, he has COVID-19. Pray that everyone that has this are healed. Thanks!

Be Careful What You “Consume”

From Bill—What are you consuming? —Daniel 1:8 (KJV) “But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.” —This world is more troubled by far than it has been. We can make this claim because of pervasive social media, biased media outlets, a largely Godless culture, and forces of all kinds working against biblical values. It takes real work to stay on track, like Daniel and his friends did. You cannot consume too much of the world, and remain a light unto it. We are called to be light in this dark world. We must be careful that we are not consumed by the darkness! Think of the lighthouse that would guide the ships to safety in the storms of life! We are to be a lighthouse to bring people to Jesus! Let’s shine! Love Mel

We Are More Than Conquerors Because He Lives in Us

Rom 8:37 (KJV)In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. 1 Cor 15:57 Thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2Cor 2:14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, & maketh manifest the savour of His knowledge by us in every place. 2 Cor 4:6-7 (KJV)For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, & not of us. — Did you get that? We are filled with Him, that being treasure within each of us! Don’t you just love it! Love Mel

Call Upon the Name of The Lord for Deliverance

From Bill —Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. —The following is a paraphrase from an old Derek Prince message we just heard on YouTube. Title was “How Demons Cause Negative Thinking”. Demons are spirits without bodies. They are often familiar spirits that affect families. Think of them as sent to torment and torture; to keep you from knowing Christ; and to keep you from serving effectively. Determine if you are dealing with your flesh or a demon spirit. You “crucify” flesh, but you “cast out” demons. Know the difference. If it comes to you in words it comes from demons. A list of Activities of demons against you: they entice, harass, torment, compel, enslave, defile, deceive, and make people weak, sick, or tired. Areas in which they operate: emotions and attitudes. Common names of demons: pride, rebellion, witchcraft, fear, torment. So What is the solution? It’s found in Joel 2:32: WHOSOEVER CALLS ON ME SHALL BE DELIVERED. That’s the answer. Love Mel

Quick to Hear, Slow to Speak, Slow to Anger

James 1:19 (all verses ESV)Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Jonah 4:4 & the LORD said, “Do you do well to be angry?”— We never ever do well to be angry! We must always remember we never ever want to be judge! — Matt 7:1 Judge not, that you be not judged. Rom 12:19 Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. — There is so much wisdom in the BIBLE. If we can learn to be people who are “quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger” just think we can move closer to Him! Love Mel
