Phil 2:12-16 (ESV) Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in My presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear & trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will & to work for His good pleasure. Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless & innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked & twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.  — We are to be lights in this dark world! His light will work to bring truth to a broken & perverted world, when we open our hearts to work out our own salvation with fear & trembling! Love Mel

Matt 11:28-29 (ESV) Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, & I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, & learn from me, for I am gentle & lowly in heart, & you will find rest for your souls. Hebr 4:2-3 2 For good news came to us just as to them, but the message they heard did not benefit them, because they were not united by faith with those who listened. For we who have believed enter that rest, as he has said, “As I swore in my wrath, ‘They shall not enter my rest,’” although his works were finished from the foundation of the world. —When we go to God in prayer, we are essentially exchanging our burdens for His rest! If by chance you are not resting, then you have not laid those burdens down. To make an exchange, we must release to Him the burdens, so that we can accept His rest! I’m just saying!  Love Mel

Phil 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer & supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. & the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts & your minds in Christ Jesus. –When we are anxious, fearful & worried we impact those around us with these negative thoughts! We are conductors of what we carry within! When we realize that God is more than able to handle the things of this world, it is here that we find His peace, love & faith. This is when we begin releasing the gifts of the Holy Spirit when we enter a room! If we can learn to give up the responsibilities for this world over to Him we will find His peace in the storms of life! So don’t worry about anything, instead pray about everything! Forgiveness = Freedom! Eph 4:31-32 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, & anger, brawling & slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind & compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. Luke 6:37 Judge not, & you shall not be judged. Condemn not, & you shall not be condemned. Forgive, & you will be forgiven. Matt 6:12 God forgives us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. — Unforgiveness is a prison, & to forgive is the only key to freedom! Bible.com quote, “Forgiveness is the key that unlocks the door of hatred and the handcuffs of resentment. Forgiveness is the power that breaks the chains of bitterness and anger. Forgiveness brings restoration and healing from rejection. Forgiveness is something that you must freely give before you can experience a healthy spiritual life.” —Matthew 6:14-15 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Quote Richard G. Scott, “If the thought of forgiveness causes you yet more pain, set that step aside until you have more experience with the Savior’s healing power in your own life.” — We must always start this process from the throne of His Grace & we will always realize that to forgive is the freedom that we need for eternal life!
