Psalm 77:14 You are the God who works wonders; you have made known your might among the peoples. Mark 9:23 Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes. — We serve a God of miracles & miracles still happen today; Thru prayer! —Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, & it will be yours. Phil 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer & supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Rom 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. — Jesus tells us in John 16:33 In this world there will be trouble, but be of good cheer for I have overcome the world. Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. — It is clear that in this life we will experience trouble, therefore we must continue to fight the good fight of faith each & every day, for our enemy steals, kills & destroys! John 17:3 (ESV) This is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, & Jesus Christ whom you have sent. Jer 9:23-24 Thus says the Lord: “Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands & knows Me, that I am the Lord who practices steadfast love, justice, & righteousness in the earth. Eph 1:5 He predestined us for adoption to Himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will. 1 Cor 8:3 If anyone loves God, he is known by God. For in these things I delight, declares the Lord.  — I feel so blessed that I know God! I am so thankful to call Him, My God! Praises are on my lips to have such an honor! Hope you all feel the same! Isiah 60:18 (ESV)Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls Salvation, & your gates Praise. —Did you know that our walls & gates are weakened because of our willingness to compromise! But the facts are when our lives are aligned with God, no evil will be successful at stopping us from what God has promised as our inheritance as His Children! So don’t ever willingly compromise!  In the end you will be glad for your choice! Choose praise! — Psalms 150:6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD! Praise the LORD! Prov 25:28 A man without self-control is like a city broken into & left without walls.— Salvation is our walls & Praise is our gates! — Matt 7:13-14 (NIV) Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate & broad is the road that leads to destruction, & many enter through it. But small is the gate & narrow the road that leads to life & only a few find it. — Choose Life! Love Mel

Acts 2:1-4 When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. & suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, & it filled the entire house where they were sitting. & divided tongues as of fire appeared to them & rested on each one of them. & they were all filled with the Holy Spirit & began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. — Pentecost also known as Feast of Harvest! On Pentecost, the High Priest was to take two loaves of freshly baked wheat bread & offer them before the Lord. The wheat bread was made from newly harvested wheat. — John 6:35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, & whoever believes in me shall never thirst. Matt 4:4 But he answered, “It is written, “ ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ” — Pentecost brought forth the Holy Spirit. His spirit brought forth the infilling of the breath of life, which happens when we come to Jesus & believe! Have a blessed Pentecost Sunday! Love Mel

We must overcome all PRIDE—Rom 12:16 (ESV) Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight. Rom 12:3 For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. Matt 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Prov 19:11 Good sense makes one slow to anger, & it is his glory to overlook an offense. 2 Peter 1:5 For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge. — Did you know that it is building virtue to overlook an offense & it brings glory! And all this supplements our faith! Look at the response of Jesus! —1 Peter 2:23 When He was reviled, He did not revile in return; when He suffered, he did not threaten, but continued entrusting Himself to Him who judges justly. — We too must continue entrusting ourselves to our God, for you will inherit the kingdom of heaven!
