John 16:13 (ESV)When the Spirit of truth comes, He will GUIDE you into all the truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak, & He will declare to you the things that are to come. Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you & teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. Psalm 31:3 For you are my rock & my fortress; & for your name’s sake you lead me & GUIDE me; — Guide is “A person who leads or directs another in His way or course, as in a strange land”.  God wants to be our GUIDE & He sends us a SHEPHERD (His son Jesus) to walk with us in this journey we are on. He also gave us a guide book, the Bible, where He tells us in Psalm 119:105 (KJV) Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, & a light unto my path. To us the light God gave us, will make our journey easier if we will adhere to His guide. So it is up to us to stay the course. Love Mel

2 Samuel 22:32-33 (NIV) For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God? It is God who arms me with strength & keeps my way secure. 1 Corinthians 1:18 (NLT) The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God. 2 Peter 1:3 (ESV) His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life & godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us to His own glory & excellence. 1 Cor 4:20 For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power. 1 Cor 2:5 So that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. 1 Chron 16:11 Seek the Lord & His strength; seek His presence continually. — For it is here we find our faith & the power of God to keep our way secure! The one who does not love remains in death. 1 John 4:20 If anyone says, “I love God,” but hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. 2 John 1:5 Now I urge you, dear lady–not as a new commandment to you, but one we have had from the beginning–that we love one another! — To love God & to love one another is so critical for eternal life! Behold, obedience is better than sacrifice, & attentiveness is better than the fat of rams. Matt 12:7 (NIV) If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. Hosea 6:6 (NIV) For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, & acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings. Luke 6:36 Be merciful,…James 2:13 …Mercy triumphs over judgment. Micah 6:8 (KJV) He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, to love mercy, & to walk humbly with thy God? — Let’s all pursue & wait on MERCY!
