2Kings 6:17 (ESV) Then Elisha prayed & said, “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, & he saw, & behold, the mountain was full of horses & chariots of fire all around Elisha. Eph 1:18Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which He has called you, what are the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints. Gen 22:13 Abraham lifted up his eyes & looked, & behold, behind him was a ram, caught in a thicket by his horns. & Abraham went & took the ram & offered it up as a burnt offering instead of his son. —  As our eyes are opened to the truth we see & understand, which is critical to fully seeing His protection around us.  It is here where we can escape the snares in life! There are so many things that money can’t buy! It can’t buy salvation, time, health, love, happiness, etc

Salvation:1 Peter 1:18-19 (KJV) Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver & gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish & without spot:

TIME: Eph 5:16 (ESV) Make the best use of time, because the days are evil. Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom. 

HEALTH: 1Tim 4:8 For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life & also for the life to come.

LOVE: Rom 13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.

HAPPINESS: Psalm 37:4 Delight yourselves in the Lord & He will give you the desires of your heart. 

1 Tim 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world & it is certain we can carry nothing out. — Whether you are rich or poor, it doesn’t matter because the thing that matters is our salvation. We can all have salvation because the price was paid & it is free for us! Just say yes! Love Mel

Hebr 11:16 As it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared for them a city.  Phil 3:20 Our citizenship is in heaven, & from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Col 3:1 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Cor4:17 For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison. Col 1:13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness & transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son. Eph 5:8 For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.  —How many know that we are just passing thru this valley of death & darkness. While we are here we do have the choice to be a light in the darkness. Choose light! Prov 3:13 (ESV) Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, & the one who gets understanding, for she is more profitable than silver, & her gain is better than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire compares with her.  Prov 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: & with all thy getting get understanding. Prov 16:16 How much better to acquire wisdom than gold! To gain understanding is more desirable than silver.  Prov 23:23 Invest in truth & never sell it; in wisdom & instruction &understanding. —Invest in Wisdom. —Prov 6:6-8 Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways & be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer & gathers its food at harvest. — Q:JD Walt, “A life of wisdom is like a savings account in which a person makes many small deposits over a long period of time.” —Prepare, prepare, prepare after considering the ant! Exo 3:14 (ESV) God said to Moses, “I AM who I AM.” And He said, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” John 11:25 Jesus said to her, “I AM the resurrection & the life. Whoever believes in Me, though he die, yet shall he live. Rev 1:8 “I AM the Alpha & the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is & who was & who is to come, the Almighty.” Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I AM with you; be not dismayed, for I AM your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. John 10:9 I AM the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved & will go in & out & find pasture. John 10:11 I AM the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. Isaiah 43:10 I, I AM He who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, & I will not remember your sins. — God explains to Moses to the people, “I am (ehyeh) has sent me to you.” — I AM means “God is”; “God exists” & “God will be”. So everytime you say I AM you are announcing to the world that our God exists! How amazing! As you read the scripture you will see that He is so much more! Keep declaring to the world knowing that He truly IS the Great I AM. Love Mel
