Seek The Lord Diligently

Acts 10:34-35 (ESV) So Peter opened his mouth & said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears Him & does what is right is acceptable to Him. Acts 10:2-4 A devout man who feared God with all his household, gave alms generously to the people, & prayed continually to God. About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God come in & say to him, “Cornelius.” He stared at him in terror & said, “What is it, Lord?” & He said to him, “Your prayers & your alms have ascended as a memorial before God. — Have you ever considered your prayers as a memorial offering before God? That would mean that our very words could be a sacrificial offering before God! All this is possible when you have the faith to believe on Jesus Christ as Gods son  and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him! Believe & Diligently Seek Him! Love Mel

God Does NOT Want Us Afraid

2 Tim 1:7 (KJV) For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, of love, & of a sound mind. John 14:27 (BSB) Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid. Phil 2:13 (ESV) For it is God who works in you, both to will & to work for His good pleasure. — A Sound Mind in Christ equips us to journey through every season, always knowing that God is with us! This is Gods gift to us to overcome fear in the face of adversity! Love Mel

Help Others in Time of Need and Fulfill the Law of Christ

Kindness!! Luke 10:25(NIV) On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”  10:27  He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, & with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” Levi 19:18 (ESV) You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord. —Jesus tells us to be like the Good Samaritan, helping others in times of need! We must not be like the Priest and Levite who ignored their neighbor. As the old saying goes you catch more with honey! Be Sweet! Love Mel

Do Not Give Up! He Will Help You Make it Home

Homeless, lost, scared, all alone! Please Remember!
—Phil 3:20 (ESV)Our citizenship is in heaven, & from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Col 3:2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. 1 John 2:15-17 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh & the desires of the eyes & pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. The world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides FOREVER. Hebr 13:5 … For He has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” — He will never ever leave us or forsake us! He is with us thru it all! — Gal 6:9  Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will REAP, if we do not give up. Job 23:10 He knows the way that I take; when He has tried me, I shall come out as gold. Love Mel
