Col 3:1-4 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, & your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. —How?— Phil 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer & petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. & the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts & your minds in Christ Jesus. — We are you seek help from Him each & everyday! Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Phil 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. —How can we be who God intended if we are not honest? How many people would keep a friend that continues to lie to them? How many of us continue to believe the lies of the enemy? Life with God is about Being real! These are the Lord’s promises to those who love and obey His word and are generous to the poor. There are many other scriptures like this. 112 “Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments. 2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. 3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever. 4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous. 5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion. 6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. 7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. 8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies. 9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour. 10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.”

From Bill Psalm 18 “I will love You, O Lord, my strength. 2 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. 3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies.” –Take it from the man after God’s own heart – King David. So King David says “I will love you, I will trust you, and I will call upon you and I will be saved from my enemies”. That was his formula for dealing with life’s challenges, of which he had more than his share. — Lets do the same! Love Mel

Psalm 41 “Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. 2 The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. 3 The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.” In this time of uncertainty and unrest, be sure to sow for the future God has promised us. Pray for your country; sow into the lives of others; continue to focus up and out and not just inwardly. Never be discouraged by the news but rather be encouraged by the word. Even in these challenging times, God is working His plan, and no matter what the enemy throws at us, we WILL be amazed when we see how God spins it. Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” It is already happening.
