Luke 17:11-19 On the way to Jerusalem He was passing along between Samaria & Galilee. & as He entered a village, He was met by ten lepers, who stood at a distance & lifted up their voices, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.” When He saw them He said to them, “Go & show yourselves to the priests.” & as they went they were cleansed. Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice; & he fell on his face at Jesus’ feet, giving Him thanks. Now he was a Samaritan. Then Jesus answered, “Were not ten cleansed? Where are the nine? Was no one found to return & give praise to God except this foreigner?” & He said to him, “Rise & go your way; your faith has made you well.” — “GRATITUDE” The absence of the nine brings light to a spiritual lesson regarding the importance of thankfulness for God’s blessings. — 1Thes 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Psalm100:4 Enter His gates with thanksgiving, & His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him; bless His name! Col 3:15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. & be thankful. — Maybe having a thankful heart is truly what keeps the doors open between us & God! He knows that this is where we will find His peace! Love Mel

When we dwell in His presence, we find A place where we truly belong! Don’t miss this! It is one prayer away! Love Mel
The Crown of Life
James 1:12 (ESV) Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love Him. Rom 8:28 We know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose. Eph 5:15-16 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. 1 Peter3:10-11 For “Whoever desires to love life & see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil & his lips from speaking deceit; let him turn away from evil & do good; let him seek peace & pursue it. 1 Petr 3:8 Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, & a humble mind. — If you will humble your heart & meditate on these scriptures, get them deep in your soul then you will have all the directions you will need to receive the crown of life! A Bruised Reed He Will Not Break
Psalm 34:18 (ESV)The Lord is near to the brokenhearted & saves the crushed in spirit. Matt 6:27 Which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted & binds up their wounds. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. Col 1:17 He is before all things, & in him all things hold together.—Heartbreak, anxiety, loss, worry, etc it happens one morsel at a time. That is that our youth leaves us one piece at a time. But only when we let it! You see our God is there collecting the pieces, just waiting on us to trust Him to put us back together! For in Him ALL things hold together! Don’t you think it’s time to give it over to Him! Love Mel
Renewing Your Mind
Rom 12:2-3 (ESV) Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the RENEWAL of your MIND, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good, acceptable & perfect. For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with sober judgment, according to the measure of faith God has given you. Thes 5:21-22 Test all things. Hold fast to what is good. Abstain from every form of evil. — Renewing your mind” essentially means to change your thoughts & perspective to align with biblical teachings, by actively studying scripture, reflecting on its meaning,& consciously choosing to act in accordance with its principles, essentially a spiritual transformation through perspective & aligning your thinking with God’s will! This is where we finally surrender to Him! Holding fast to what is good no matter what! This is RENEWAL & it will bring about His will! Love Mel
