Ex 12:21 Then Moses summoned all the elders of Israel & told them, “Go at once & select for yourselves a lamb for each family, & slaughter the Passover lamb. Deut 16:2 You shall offer the Passover sacrifice to the LORD your God, from the flock or the herd, at the place that the LORD will choose, to make His name dwell there. John 1:29 (ESV) Jesus coming toward him, & said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” Hebr 7:25 Consequently, He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. — Jesus is the lamb of God that takes away our sins.
