Matt 4:1-4 Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. & after fasting forty days & forty nights, he was hungry. & the tempter came & said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become loaves of bread.” But He answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” … 7Jesus said to him, “Again it is written, ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’” ….10Then Jesus said to him, “Be gone, Satan! For it is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God & him only shall you serve.’” — We need to know satan’s tactics because he is always seeking whom he may destroy! He roams around looking to kill, steal & destroy! satans tactics? 1. Division; 2. Pride ; 3. Fear & Disappointment; 4. Self Pity; & 5. Compromise. Gods tactics! 1. Unity; 2. Humility; 3. Power, love and a sound mind; 4. Love of your fellow man; 5. Truth and faithfulness. We need to remember the words of Jesus, Be gone, Satan! For it is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God & him only shall you serve.’” Stay in unity with one another, remain humble, live peacefully with all, help others where you can, & live by the truth of God! Don’t believe the lies of satan!
