1 Sam 16:7 (ESV)The Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart. —This is why it is so important for us to guard the heart! — Prov 4:23 Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life. — You know that we store His words within our heart, that we may be willing & prepared to follow after him!
