James 1:19-20 (ESV) Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Prov 10:19 When words are many, sin is unavoidable, but he who restrains his lips is wise.  Proverbs 16:32 

He who is slow to anger is better than a warrior, & he who controls his temper is greater than one who captures a city. Col 3:8 Now you must put aside all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, & filthy language from your lips. Peter 2:1 Rid yourselves, therefore, of all malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy, & slander. — So much wisdom in all these scriptures! Our God tries to tell us that it is so important to be SLOW to anger! Reason being is that it doesn’t produce righteousness! Choosing Righteousness leads to a life aligned with God’s will, resulting in blessings, inner peace, & a stronger relationship with God. 2Kings 6:17 (ESV) Then Elisha prayed & said, “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, & he saw, & behold, the mountain was full of horses & chariots of fire all around Elisha. Eph 1:18Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which He has called you, what are the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints. Gen 22:13 Abraham lifted up his eyes & looked, & behold, behind him was a ram, caught in a thicket by his horns. & Abraham went & took the ram & offered it up as a burnt offering instead of his son. —  As our eyes are opened to the truth we see & understand, which is critical to fully seeing His protection around us.  It is here where we can escape the snares in life! There are so many things that money can’t buy! It can’t buy salvation, time, health, love, happiness, etc

Salvation:1 Peter 1:18-19 (KJV) Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver & gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish & without spot:

TIME: Eph 5:16 (ESV) Make the best use of time, because the days are evil. Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom. 

HEALTH: 1Tim 4:8 For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life & also for the life to come.

LOVE: Rom 13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.

HAPPINESS: Psalm 37:4 Delight yourselves in the Lord & He will give you the desires of your heart. 

1 Tim 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world & it is certain we can carry nothing out. — Whether you are rich or poor, it doesn’t matter because the thing that matters is our salvation. We can all have salvation because the price was paid & it is free for us! Just say yes! Love Mel
