John 14:6 (ESV) Jesus said to him, “I am the way, & the truth, & the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 8:32 You will know the truth, & the truth will set you free. John 16:13 When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak, & He will declare to you the things that are to come. John 17:17 Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.  2 Tim 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. John 4:24 God is spirit, & those who worship Him must worship in spirit & truth. — TRUTH is important! Love Mel

Ex 12:21 Then Moses summoned all the elders of Israel & told them, “Go at once & select for yourselves a lamb for each family, & slaughter the Passover lamb. Deut 16:2 You shall offer the Passover sacrifice to the LORD your God, from the flock or the herd, at the place that the LORD will choose, to make His name dwell there. John 1:29 (ESV) Jesus coming toward him, & said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” Hebr 7:25 Consequently, He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. — Jesus is the lamb of God that takes away our sins. We must remember that We are part of something so much bigger than ourselves! 
1 Cor 6:9-10 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Cor 6:11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ & by the Spirit of our God. —It is worth repenting of & turning to Him that can save! —2Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. — Reach, for He wants so much more for us! Prov 17:22 (ESV) A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Prov 15:33 A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is crushed. Prov 15:15 All the days of the afflicted are evil, but the cheerful of heart has a continual feast. Psalm 37:13 Even The Lord laughs at the wicked, for He sees that his day is coming. Psalm 16:11 You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. — How to have a happy heart? God fills us with Joy when we are in His presence! — Psalm 100:4 Enter His gates with thanksgiving, & His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him; bless His name! Love Mel

Spending time with God! —Matt 6:33 (ESV)Seek first the kingdom of God & His righteousness, & all these things will be added to you. Matt 6:6 When you pray, go into your room & shut the door & pray to your Father who is in secret. & your Father who sees in secret will reward you. James 4:8 Draw near to God, & He will draw near to you…. Phil 1:6 I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. 1 Chron 16:11 Seek the Lord & His strength; seek His presence continually!  Matt 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger & thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. Luke 11:28 Jesus replied, “But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God & put it into practice.” — Spending time with God is what it takes to develop a personal relationship with God.
