God is faithful, & He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 2 Tim 4:6-8 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, & the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, & not only to me but also to all who have loved His appearing. — With temptation, with the earthly battles, we are to find our strength in the Lord! Psalm 139:17-18 How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I would count them, they are more than the sand. I awake, and I am still with you. Jer 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.– His thoughts are for our good & His thoughts are more than the sands of the sea. Eph 6:12 (KJV)For we wrestle not against flesh & blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 1 Tim 4:1-2 (ESV)Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits & teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared. Rom 1:28 Since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. — The seven deadly sins are: pride, envy, lust, gluttony, greed,, sloth, and wrath. When we focus more on self & less on God, we begin to believe more in our own abilities & less in Gods graces! Driving us to become overly obsessed with earthly desires wether it in the form of envy, lust, gluttony, greed, slothfulness or wrath. It is here where the door to the enemy is found open! So what next? Repent & return to God! It is the only way! We are all in a battle, & all battles require fighting, so put on His full armor & fight! Love Mel

Psalm 34:17-20 (ESV) When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears & delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted & saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Nahum 1:7 The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; He knows those who take refuge in Him. Deut 31:6 Be strong & courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. — He is always with us in the storms of life when we choose Him for refuge! Luke 1:37 (ESV)For nothing will be impossible with God. Matt 19:26 Jesus looked at them & said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible”. Job 42:2 I know that you can do all things, & that no purpose of yours can be thwarted. — Some good news, Matthew Henry’s Commentary states, “The beginning, progress, and perfecting the work of salvation, depends wholly on the almighty power of God, to which all things are possible.” — We can’t buy our way into heaven we can’t work our way into heaven, & the Government can’t control it. It is a free gift from our God. We merely need to put all pride aside, & humble ourselves before Jesus, believing in His sacrifice for us. Truly a gift of His grace & mercy. Love Mel
