When will Jesus return? —Luke 17:26(ESV)Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. Luke 17:28-30 (ESV)Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot—they were eating & drinking, buying & selling, planting & building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire & sulfur rained from heaven & destroyed them all—so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed. — So what was it like in the days of Noah & Lot? —Gen 6:11 (KJV)The earth was corrupt before God, & the earth was filled with violence. Gen 6:8(KJV) But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. Jude 1:7 (KJV)Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, & the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, & going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Jude 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, & ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, & perished in the gainsaying of Korah. — So what will it be like in the days to come? —2Tim 3:1-4 (KJV)This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Matt 15:19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: Rom 1:21 (ESV)For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. — So what shall we do? No matter what, always acknowledge God! Continue to do good! Protect the heart, so that it never grows cold. Don’t lose faith when things get hard, because I am telling you it will be hard! Don’t give in, because God is trust worthy! He said don’t do it, then don’t! If He says do it, then do it. You will rejoice in the end. Last— Get on the Boat! Love Mel

2 Cor 4:6-9 (KJV) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, & not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; — We are jars of clay being molded each day by the Father’s Hands as a potter molding his clay. He has hidden treasures of His light within each of us. As we learn to shine before others, they should see a glimpse of Him. Reminds me of one of my favorite childhood songs, “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.” Love Mel

Rom 1:9 (all KJV) For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; Judges 11:10 The elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, The LORD be witness between us, if we do not so according to thy words. Job 16:19 Behold, my witness is in heaven, & my record is on high. Phil 1:8-10 (GNT) God is my witness that I tell the truth when I say that my deep feeling for you all comes from the heart of Christ Jesus himself. I pray that your love will keep on growing more & more, together with true knowledge & perfect judgment, so that you will be able to choose what is best. Then you will be free from all impurity & blame on the Day of Christ — on Judgement Day in the courts of heaven. Who do you want as your witness? We must keep a compassionate heart & remember how precious God, life, & family really are. The enemy would like for us to develop a hardened heart, but God is our one true witness in heaven, who commands us to continue doing good! Right actions and choices are key to building life over death; love over hate or anger; & truth over lies. Most tragedy is built on believing the lies of the enemy! If we can learn to hold tight to truth & The commands of our Savior Jesus we will find our way to the heart of God our Father. Love Mel

Acts 4:31 (ESV) When they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, & they were all filled with the Holy Spirit & continued to speak the word of God with boldness. Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, & perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. & they recognized that they had been with Jesus. 2 Cor 3:12 Since we have such a hope, we are very bold. — Boldness means to have courage, with out hesitation or fear to face of risk or danger. We have boldness when we spend time with Jesus! — Acts 4:29 Lord, look upon their threats & grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness. — Pray for all boldness! Ez 10:4-5 (all KJV) Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub, & stood over the threshold of the house; & the house was filled with the cloud, & the court was full of the brightness of the LORD’S glory. & the sound of the cherubims’ wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when He speaketh. Ex 40:34 Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, & the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. Ez 1:28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, & I heard a voice of one that spake. — We have the ability to bring Glory to our God every day thru our faith, our worship, our trials & our service with thanksgiving & praise! In todays environment, just believing in God & choosing to honor Him over the way of the world can bring Him Glory. The closer we are to Him, the more like Him we will be. This relationship is what allows us to live a life that brings Him Glory! So Let’s spend more time reaching for that eternal glory. Love Mel
