2 Thess 2: 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Q: Is the gospel you believe able to get you through to the end of times? The Bible says many terrible times are ahead, as I am sure we can see as true. You must know the true gospel to sustain you when the bad times come. Examples of false gospels which WILL DISAPPEAR when the trouble comes: The “Jesus plus something” gospel. The “me” gospel. The “Health and Wealth” gospel. The “It’s OK to sin gospel”. The “Go to Church” gospel. The “Spiritual Experience” gospel. The “nothing bad will ever happen” gospel. The truly saved will be given the power to endure to the end. It is not your perfection, but it is your direction. Put your humble trust in Him no matter what happens, and He will get you through to the end. — 2 Thes 2:13 We are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit & belief of the truth. John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses; grace & truth came through Jesus Christ.
