Reconciliation & Forgiveness are not the same! Reconciliation takes both parties & Forgiveness only takes the forgiver! — 2 Cor 5:18 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to Himself & gave us the ministry of reconciliation. — We have been reconciled to God By Christ Jesus! —Romans 5:10 For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by His life. Col 1:20 Through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of His cross. Hebr 12:14 Strive for peace with everyone, & for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. — Our Striving For Peace & Holiness sounds hard! — Q: C. S. Lewis says that, “the way God works in us and changes us now is making us fit for heaven, preparing us to enjoy what heaven is like. That change is the growth in holiness that Paul describes as our “ever-increasing glory” (NIV), or as our being “changed […] from glory to glory” (KJV).” — It is way easier one bite at a time, one step at a time or one day at a time!
